The Teen Connection is a reproductive and sexual health care clinic staffed by a team of experienced nurse practitioners and administrative personnel to promote the health of those we serve. We offer routine gynecological care, STD testing and treatment, family planning/birth control options counseling, pregnancy testing and much more.

Decrease the Number of Unintended Pregnancies

One of the goals the Teen Connection strives for is to reduce the number of unintended pregnancies among teenagers and young adults in Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.  To accomplish this goal, the Teen Connection offers family planning counseling to clients in addition to a wide variety of contraception options available on-site.  Emergency Contraceptive Pills are also available at the clinic on a walk-in basis. 

Affordable & Accessible Health Care

The Teen Connection provides teenagers and young adults who are uninsured or underinsured access to affordable high-quality sexual and reproductive health care. 

Educate Teens & Young Adults

The Teen Connection provides health education that is personalized to meet the needs of each individual on a broad range of sexuality topics.  Emphasis is given to the importance of making informed responsible choices regarding safe sexual activity.
